QuiMatrix uses browser storage to remember your preferences and, if you accept, measure use of this website. 1. PREFERENCES AND REQUESTED FEATURES Your measurement choice is stored in localStorage (qm-analytics-consent) until you change it or clear browser data. Language preferences may also be remembered in localStorage. Continuing from the assessment to the capacity calculator stores the result in sessionStorage (quimatrixPreassessment) for that tab. This action does not send your answers to the server. 2. OPTIONAL MEASUREMENT Only after you select Accept do we record page views, demo clicks, pre-assessment starts and tool completions. Records contain page, date, language, a broad source category and the approximate connection country supplied by the hosting provider. Only the country code is stored, not the IP address in the metrics; a VPN may affect that estimate. Answers, scores, names, email addresses, search terms and full referring URLs are not sent. The first page and source are remembered in sessionStorage (qm-marketing-session) for a measurement session lasting up to 30 minutes. Intended retention is up to 180 days, with cleanup during service activity. Measurement uses Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. Google Analytics has not been installed as part of this measurement. 3. PRIVATE ACCESS AND SECURITY The private panel uses a necessary cookie (qm_seo_session), restricted to the panel and lasting eight hours. To limit abuse, the server processes IP addresses and temporarily stores a protected fingerprint that changes daily, without storing the IP in the metrics database. Infrastructure providers may keep their own technical logs. 4. CHANGE YOUR CHOICE You can reject measurement and continue using the website and forms. Open Privacy preferences at the bottom of the page to accept or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops new optional events and removes attribution from that tab; it does not automatically delete earlier events. You can also clear site storage in your browser. Delivered commercial requests are counted operationally, without storing form contents in these metrics. If you reject measurement they have an unmeasured source and unknown country.
