PURPOSE OF PROCESSING The data provided through the contact forms will be processed exclusively to: - Manage your request for information or demonstration of QuiMatrix. - Receive and review the documentary pre-assessment and operational dimensioning when the user voluntarily requests their submission. - Contact the requester to discuss the result and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. - Maintain the commercial and technical relationship between the parties. - Send marketing communications only where separate and express consent has been provided. The pre-assessment and operational dimensioning can be completed and viewed without providing identifying data. QuiMatrix only receives the results when the user expressly requests a review and submits the corresponding form. 3. LEGITIMATION The legal basis for responding to requests, reviewing voluntarily submitted pre-assessments and preparing proposals is taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Marketing communications will be based, where applicable, on separate and revocable consent. 4. DATA RETENTION Data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to the request and subsequently for the periods required to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities. When no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised. 5. RECIPIENTS AND PROVIDERS Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Technology providers necessary to deliver the service, such as hosting and email delivery providers, may access it under the applicable safeguards and agreements. QUIMATRIX NEWSLETTER When you subscribe, we process your email and language to send product updates, practical resources, related industry news and promotions. This relies on your express consent, separate from contact forms and website measurement. We send a confirmation email; the link expires after 24 hours. We retain the request and confirmation dates, consent wording and version, and subscription source. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, without signing in, or by emailing info@quimatrix.com. Unsubscribing stops future sends; a message already being processed may still arrive. Expired pending records are removed when new requests are processed once seven days have passed since expiry. Subscriptions are retained while active; after withdrawal we retain the information needed to respect it and demonstrate consent for the applicable periods. Supabase stores subscriptions and Resend processes emails as service providers. The newsletter adds no tracking pixels of its own and the panel does not record opens or clicks. You may exercise the rights listed below. WEBSITE MEASUREMENT Optional measurement starts with your consent, which you can withdraw through Privacy preferences. It records navigation events without answers, scores or contact details, with an intended retention of 180 days. Delivered requests are counted operationally without their contents. See the cookie policy for storage, providers and security controls. 6. USER RIGHTS Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether QuiMatrix is processing their data. Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability of their data. To exercise these rights, contact info@quimatrix.com.
