AI supports work with documents
QuiMatrix uses AI assistance for document processing and queries. Results may contain omissions or incorrect interpretations. Before using information in a technical decision, check it against the source document, its version and the product context.
Technical review remains with your team
Document organisation, comparison and follow-up support the people responsible. An AI answer or document status indicator does not certify regulatory compliance or replace professional judgement. Collecting an existing SDS does not mean authoring or validating a new one.
Before adding company documents
A demonstration can start with examples that contain no confidential information. If your company has specific requirements for access, processing providers, data location, retention, deletion or AI use, include them in your demo request so they can be reviewed before agreeing an implementation.
What happens with forms on this website
You can use the assessment and capacity calculator without providing identifying information. Their answers are not included in measurement events. If you voluntarily request a review and submit the form, we receive the information you send in order to handle your request.
Optional measurement and private access
Navigation measurement on the commercial website starts when you accept it. You can withdraw permission through Privacy preferences. The metrics panel has private access. Its counters do not include document contents or assessment answers. Delivered requests are counted operationally without their contents.
