QuiMatrix
Chemical raw material distributors receive documents from multiple manufacturers and need to find the correct source for each commercial reference. QuiMatrix brings SDS, technical data sheets and other files together, connects them to products and suppliers and supports update requests. For distributors in Spain and Latin America with catalogues from several manufacturers.
Request a demoSales colleagues use an internal reference while a supplier responds with its own code. There may also be different languages and document versions. When only one person knows the connection, answering a document enquiry involves searching email and reconstructing which products correspond.
Connect the internal product to the manufacturer’s reference and file supplier. Retain issuer, language and version to distinguish similar documents.
Consult product information and check that the file matches the request. If a language or update is missing, turn the gap into a specific supplier enquiry.
Compare versions where needed and retain earlier files. The responsible team reviews the context before using documentation to respond to customers.

Illustrative example: a customer requests documentation for commercial reference Q-310. Purchasing receives a manufacturer PDF identified as R-72. The team confirms the correspondence, connects the file to its internal reference and checks language and version. If the correspondence is unclear, it requests confirmation. Preparing and sending the customer response remain part of the distributor’s established process.

This page describes internal document organisation and review. It does not imply a customer portal or automatic file delivery. Exchanges and integrations are discussed when defining implementation.
QuiMatrix focuses on chemical documentation. Orders, invoicing, pricing and stock should remain in the systems intended for those functions.
