QuiMatrix
Adhesive, glue and sealant manufacturing involves documents for polymers, resins, fillers and other components. QuiMatrix brings technical and safety documentation together around each reference and supplier, with access to originals and support for version comparison. A shared environment for R&D, quality and purchasing.
Request a demoIn a two-component system, each reference may have its own files and revision dates. A technical data sheet for the system does not necessarily identify all component documents. Storing everything under a generic name makes it difficult to explain which information the team used and which update needs review.
Connect documents to the product or raw material reference they describe. Retain supplier codes and distinguish system information from component information.
Consult available data and check the original sheet. Record questions about the scope of a test or recommendation before requesting a supplier response.
When another version arrives, compare it with its predecessor and check whether it answers the outstanding question. Keep the correct reference attached to the request.

Illustrative example: a supplier sends a new data sheet for component B of a system. Quality checks the code, retains the previous version and reviews differences. A storage statement needs clarification, so purchasing contacts the supplier and identifies the original section. Component A documentation remains separate. The technical team decides whether the change affects its process.
Organisation should retain an identifiable reference for each product and supplier. Implementation establishes how to represent your components and documents; this does not imply a recipe calculation system.
Document comparison helps locate differences. Your team checks the originals, interprets changes and organises clarification where needed.
Document management helps locate available evidence. Adhesive selection, adhesion testing and use validation remain with the manufacturer and its technical reviewers.
